I’ve been disappointed in the resources for my general situation. It seems there is a huge movement to draw attention to HELLP Syndrome and Preeclampsia. That is hugely important, don’t get me wrong. However, there does not seem to be much out there specifically geared towards what comes next. What happens after you are the survivor of HELLP Syndrome who defies statistics and loses her 32-week baby? If you have found something that speaks to that part of this process, or simply have more suggestions, PLEASE comment below. I’d love to know what you found helpful.

Random Things That Help
- Release Your Anger Coloring Book (Not PG, but coloring in curse words is oddly therapeutic).
Grieving the Child I Never Knew by Kathe Wunnenberg is a devotional that I found immensely helpful after our loss. I still turn to it from time to time when I find myself dealing with more emotions.
Tear Soup was another good book that was gifted to me. It looks like a children’s book and is illustrated as such, but I have a hard time reading it out loud because of the tears.
